Prayer is one of the ways that God is able to work in our lives and in the lives of others; it opens up new possibilities and underpins all that we do as a community of faith.

St. Mary's offers prayer ministry with trained lay people during it's morning services on the second and fourth Sundays of the month, at the Quiet Space at Cafeplus+ on the first Sunday of the month.

A Prayer Square is printed in our weekly news-sheet which lists the names of those who have requested prayer for particular needs. These people are prayed for regularly as part of our ministry to them.

A Prayer Chain of over twenty people will pray and communicate prayer needs quickly in the case of urgent prayer requests.

 

Some like to follow a daily order as part of a disciplined prayer life. We offer here a daily order of prayer for use at morning, evening and night should you wish to use them.
