The proceeds of the festival this year will be used to support Friends of St. Mary's Church and Zero Carbon Haddenham's 'reLeaf' project. If your organisation wishes to make donation, that would be much appreciated.

Cash or cheques made payable to: St. Mary's PCC, Haddenham.

Setting up:
Please come along at the times you elect on your form on Thursday 5th December. There will be someone to show you where to put your tree. If you cannot come during the time slot that you indicated on the form it is fine to come along any time on Thursday 5th between 10am and noon or 2pm to 6 pm. The church will be locked at 6.30 pm. All trees need to be in position by 6.15 pm.

Lights:
Our electrician has asked that the plug on your lights has either a 3 or 5 Amp fuse not 13 Amp. Battery lights are also acceptable.

Advertising your organisation/group: Please include in your display information giving details about your organisation. If you have any small flyers/handouts you can put them beside the tree too.

Important — please remember that the trees need to be taken down by noon on Monday 9th December as the church will be in use for other events after this time.
